3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made through approved payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Shopify Payments).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or if fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is within 7 working days, depending on location and logistics conditions.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sales, or unforeseen events.

  • Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the product seal is broken or opened.
However, we offer replacements OR refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@thefifthnote.in with clear photos and order details.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Promotional Offers & Coupons

  • Discount codes and offers are subject to change without notice.

  • Only one coupon can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Offers cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.
